YBR HANDS-ON THERAPY: YBR as a hands-on treatment. The practitioner's hands add additional traction to the regular YBR routines, allowing the ball to penetrate more deeply into muscle. Your body releases more easily, without the discomfort often experienced in deep massage.

YBR FOOT FITNESS
Athletic power flows up through the feet, and strong, flexible feet are essential to your overall well-being, making our Foot Fitness class an integral part of YBR. Whether you're a dancer, athlete, or just love to stroll the neighbourhood, a YBR Foot Fitness class is an essential preventative treatment. Using special props designed by Yamuna Zake, you'll learn a series of routines that strengthen your feet, improving function and flexibility. Feet contain reflex points that affect the entire body, so working your feet helps keep all of you healthy!
YBR FOOT FITNESS CLASS: We offer this15-minute option as an adjunct to the other classes. Using the Foot Wakers and Foot Savers, the practitioner takes you through a series of routines to strengthen your feet, creating better function and flexibility
PRIVATE YBR FOOT FITNESS CLASS: Your practitioner analyzes the alignment and function of your feet, then teaches you routines to keep them healthy.

YBL LITE (HANDS-ON THERAPY)
Imagine a Yamuna Body Logic session in the form of a deep, focused, flowing massage.  Climb on the table and submit to an immensely relaxing and nurturing treatment. Our therapists use their HANDS and elbows to unwind tension and restrictions from your body, moving systematically through the form established in a YBL session. For those who love Body Logic and deep tissue massage, Body Logic Lite is the perfect blend of Yamuna's ingenious vision of the body and the healing power of soothing touch.

ROLLING MASSAGE (HANDS-ON THERAPY)
A hands-on therapy similar to YBR, but with a distinct difference. In YBR you allow the ball to work into kinks and obstructions in musculature while lying still on the ball. In Rolling Massage the practitioner rocks and moves your body as you lie over the ball. You get two gentle and soothing treatments at once – hands on one side, ball on the other. As you release, relax and let go, a feeling of lightness and energy sweeps over your body. An incredible experience!

BREATH WORK ON THE BALL (HANDS-ON THERAPY)
Breath work on the ball is a revolutionary approach to the science of personal transformation. Its main focus is on the interplay between breath, body-mind, emotions and spirit. Breath work on the ball sessions use an energetic breathing process in combination with assisted Yamuna Body Rolling, dramatically opening up energy flow, removing muscular blocks and bringing forward emotions associated with them, allowing the individuals to experience their full capacity for power, love and awareness.Breath work on the ball helps cleanse the body of toxins, releasing emotional stress, balancing the body and mind. It leads to a healing integration of conscious and unconscious.

YBR MASTER CLASS (GROUP CLASS)
Taught by Yamuna Zake herself, each class is a mini-workshop, focusing in depth on a specific part of the body or a particular theme. These workshop topics range from backward bends or leg routines in yoga, keeping the back strong during pregnancy, deeper core strengthening, intense foot work or to attend to the special needs of dancers, older people and children. The themes change constantly, please see the monthly schedule for details, (two per month).
